Last week was the quarterly Bloggy Giveaways. I entered many, but won NONE. However, I did receive winnings from some other giveaways that happened earlier in the month, so I am not bitter! Really. I mean it.I won this elegant wristlet from Heather Ohly at Blue Bird Studio. The fabric is a satin Asian motif and the wrist ring is bamboo. It's a great size because it can hold a cell phone, which most wristlets cannot. She has all sorts of items, bags, ornaments, gift items, all in different motifs.
A few days later a tiny package was in my mailbox. It was this beautiful scrabble tile pendant from Peachy Pendants. The design is from an Amy Butler fabric. I chose a casual ball chain with which to wear it, but she has sheer ribbons, satin cording, and other options as well. The pendants are currently "buy 2, get 1 free". This would be a great gift, at only $6.00 a pendant, plus you'd be supporting a woman-owned business and buying handmade, something a lot of us are trying to do this holiday season.
